Our training sessions are scheduled events and personalized experiences. Refunds for these services will only be issued if a cancellation is made at least 7 calendar days before the session date. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to transfer your registration to a future session by contacting us through the contact form. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the session date. Transfers are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds are not available for sessions that have already been attended or accessed.

3.2 Infoproducts

All digital informational products, including courses and ebooks, are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed beyond a preview, due to the nature of digital goods. If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us using the contact form for assistance.

3.3 Goods

Physical or digital goods sold by bizspiritway may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are defective or not as described. To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form with your order details. Upon approval, you will be provided instructions for returning the item.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
